WHOLE SPELT (BROWN PASTA) PENNE - 500g

The Probios wholemeal white spelt pasta is obtained after stone grinding flours, and kneading and shaping it following traditional methods. The result is pasta with extraordinary porosity that perfectly absorbs any condiment and ensures cooking very well.

Spelt has high nutritional value and contains more vitamins, mineral salts and fibre than normal wheat. Stone ground, it is light and easy to digest. Like the hand-made pasta it is produced using a long drying process making sure that it retains its full nutritional qualities and taste.
Packed in 500g and available in Spaghetti, Penne and Eliche (spirals).
